JD Farming Inc. was founded in 2009 by Jason and Julie Domingos of Paso Robles, California to provide quality vineyard services to an array of Central Coast vineyards, from 20 to 2,000 acres. Operations are lead by Jason Domingos, a Central Coast native and fourth generation farmer. Jason attended Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, majoring in Agricultural Business and has over 17 years of hands-on experience in the wine and grape growing industries.
Jason is driven to provide cutting edge technology and cost effective resources to his clients. This drive provided Jason with the opportunity to pioneer AgroThermal's Thermaculture plant treatment equipment on the Central Coast. Thermaculture is an alternative to conventional agricultural problem solving where heat is used to create various effects in managing day to day and season long vineyard problems. It is a multi-purpose sustainable technology that provides heat in the vineyard to assure fruit set, improve wine quality, dry off crops after rains and provide pest control. For more information about how this technology can be utilized in your vineyard, visit www.agrothermalsystems.com or contact Jason directly at (805) 391-3871.
With a strong viticulture background, knowledge of local vineyards and the challenges faced with on the Central Coast, Jason is the right person for the job. Jason is a member of CFBF - California Farm Bureau Federation, IGGPRA - Independent Grape Growers of the Paso Robles Area, SAVVGA - San Antonio Valley Vintners and Growers Association, PAPA - Pesticide Applicators Professional Association and AgSafe.
